Mission & Values

We embrace more than mere physical prowess - our mission is to nurture all-encompassing growth and advancement for kids in the metro Atlanta Area. Our non-profit is unwaveringly dedicated to assisting young people in different facets of their lives, spanning fitness, academics, mental well-being, and avenues for employment.


With our wide array of programs and endeavors, our aim is to equip the youth with the tools to realize their utmost potential. From tailored fitness coaching to academic guidance and mental health aid, we provide a diverse range of resources to empower individuals to flourish in every sphere of their lives.


Carlos Bingham

Executive Director

 Carlos Bingham went on to attend SWIC Southern Illinois College, Police Academy where he became a Police Officer. Bingham was an active and passionate Police Officer for over 12 years. This role allowed Bingham to have a direct influence on the youth in his community by being an advocate for good will. While doing so, he also served on the Youth Ministry team at True Vine Ministries, under the leadership of Pastor Byron Bonner. During that time, Mr. Bingham led and instructed the youth bible study, taught youth life skills training classes, and educated on challenging topics of sex, drugs, and violence. In 2016, Mr Bingham became a Master Personal Trainer at a local gym in Covington, GA. There he quickly learned his passion for fitness and the great need for the community and their health. In 2017, he opened his first gym named #Bodysnatcher Bootcamp, in Covington, GA. Then in 2019 he moved the gym to Conyers, GA where House of Fire Fitness was born. In just the last two years he has expanded his center from 1500 sq ft to over 5000 sq ft. There he continues to pursue his vision in helping men, women, and youth regain their personal health and wellness through group classes, personal training, dietary mentorship and goal setting seminars.


Kelbie Milon

Executive Chair

 Kelbie Milon currently serves various roles in her community. She began her journey by earning a Bachelors of Science in Accounting, a Masters in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and graduating top of her class as Summa Cum Laude with a 3.9 GPA. Ms. Milon works alongside Refuge Pregnancy Center as a manager to which the establishment offers resources and counseling for troubled pregnant teens and women alike. Furthermore, Ms. Milon manages the operations of House of Fire Fitness where she helps regain clients' health through group and personal training under the leadership and owner Carlos Bingham, in Conyers, GA. 

Kelbie has years of experience in volunteering at children’s summer camp programs and has been an advocate in her local church as a Youth Leader. She serves the various areas above as a leader while balancing her home life raising 5 beautiful children to become leaders!



Alisha Adams Johnson

Secretary

Alisha Adams Johnson was appointed District Attorney of Rockdale Judicial Circuit by Governor Nathan Deal in December of 2017 – becoming Rockdale’s first African American District Attorney. In November of 2018, DA Johnson was elected by the citizens of Rockdale County to serve a full term as District Attorney. 

A native of the Bronx, New York, Alisha Johnson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree for Spelman College and Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals and the Superior and State Courts of Georgia.



Stephanie R. Lindsey

Parliamentarian

Stephanie R. Lindsey received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mercer University with a double major in Political Science and Communication, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Georgia College & State University, and completed her law studies at John Marshall Law School in two years. Upon passing the Georgia Bar Examination in 2000, Mrs. Lindsey began her law career by forming the law firm, The Lindsey Firm, P.C. The Lindsey Firm, P.C. primary concentration in the practice is Wrongful Death, Nursing Home/Elder Abuse, Crime Victim Representation, Catastrophic Injuries and Automobile/Truck Accidents.
